Life Skill Coaching

Life Skill Coaching
Life skill coaching has become very popular in recent years. It is different than therapy but can be a more hands on, less technical aspect to personal or professional development. Life Skills Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced (non-licensed) person, called a coach, supports the client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. Coaching focuses on specific tasks or objectives.

Our Life Skills sessions can include, but are not limited to, the following topics:
  • Time Management and scheduling
  • Prioritizing
  • Rationalizations that keep you stuck
  • Social Skills
  • Organization and Planning skills
  • Self-Assessment and Personal Goals
  • Stress and Anxiety Management Techniques
  • Balancing Life tasks
  • Problem Solving Strategies
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Managing Resources
  • Motivation
  • Mindfulness
  • Developing Self Discipline
