LOU HARVEY - CEO
|
GILLIAN BOTHA-HARVEY, M.A. Clin.Psy. – Director of Volunteer Services
 Gillian Botha-Harvey was previously the Head of the Department of Innovative Programs and the Regional Clinics Manager for the San Mateo Medical Center and Clinics. She was also the Director of the Forensic Psychiatric Center in Virginia, and the Regional Service Chief for Forensic Psychiatric Services in New York City. She initially qualified and worked as a licensed Clinical Psychologist in South Africa, taught at the University of Natal Medical School, and was Supervising Psychologist in the Department of Psychology at King George V Hospital. She brings a background of education, psychology, and healthcare management, and leadership skills in healthcare systems reengineering, process improvement, and healthcare service design and implementation.

Sarah Holub
 Sarah Holub recently joined the staff and comes from the University of Illinois. Sarah was the Assistant Director of New Student Programs and coordinated the orientation program for over 8,000 freshmen and planned many events and programs for new students at the University. Additionally, she worked with the parents and families of new students to ensure students had a successful transition to the University. She has a Master’s of Education in Higher Education Administration and an undergraduate degree with a Major of Psychology and minor in Child and Family Services.
Sarah is interested in the integrated and individualized model approach that ADD Wellness implements. She understands that each client is unique and appreciates the opportunity to help with innovative treatment plans ADD Wellness has available.

Crystal A. Cavazos – Administrative Assistant
Crystal is in her senior year at Sam Houston State University pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in General Business Administration. She has been an active member for the past 3 years of Delta Xi Nu Multicultural Sorority Inc. which is committed to the furtherance of Multiculturalism and Children’s Health Awareness. She is heavily involved as a volunteer in community service, mostly pertaining to children, schools, multiculturalism, and health awareness in and around the Houston/Huntsville area. Crystal began working with ADD Wellness Group, LLC to further her interest in child health and growth. |
