| Junior High Preparatory Workshop |
ADD Wellness Group’s Junior High Preparatory Training Workshop will help students prepare for the demands and expectations when transitioning from Elementary School into Junior High School.
Students will learn certain strategies and skills to help ensure a positive experience and attribute to study habits and homework skills, and contribute to overall learning. These skills and strategies will not only help them succeed in Junior High but will provide long-term benefits as they enter High School and College.

- Time Management & Organization
- The Four Steps of Studying
- How to Outline Essays
- Planning for Projects
- Fitting in to your New Environment
